What is a Pack ?

AkelaWhat is a Pack? A pack is made up of Leaders, Scouts and their families. The Pack determines the activites the scouts participate in throughout the year. Activities include such things as Den meetings, Hikes, Picnics, Camp-Outs etc. The Pack meets monthly in  Pack Meetings. Pack meetings are generally held each month in the Mountain View  Church meeting room located at 1077 Viewpoint Lane, Forest VA 24551. Pack meetings are where awards are distributed and where Dens share their experiences with the rest of the pack. The meeting lasts about an hour, and the scout’s entire family is welcome to attend.
